Ronda Hawkins

Financial Manager

Ronda has supported the firm’s financial operations since 2003, helping guide the business through every stage of its growth. With decades of accounting and bookkeeping experience, she began her career at age 13, processing payroll and maintaining the general ledger for her father’s business. A lifelong learner, Ronda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Teaching from Arkansas Tech University and has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for more than a decade. 

Before focusing her talents on TEC, Ronda served as a Center Director and Business Consultant at ATU’s Small Business and Technology Development Center. Her path to the firm started with a “quick training” phone call back when she was homeschooling her two sons and running a Mary Kay business. What was meant to be a short-term setup turned into a 20 plus year career managing the financials of the practice. Her deep expertise in financial assessment and economic development makes her an invaluable asset to the team. 

If she weren’t managing the books, Ronda would likely be found in a classroom teaching business technology. These days, however, she prefers the much quieter pace of playing the piano, practicing yoga, and staying active in her church. Ronda and her husband have been married for 35 years, and her favorite way to spend a weekend is traveling to visit her sons and grandson.
